Kia Ora Whanau, my name is Laura.
I am originally from Croatia and grew up in NZ. I enjoy spending time with my family and being outdoors. I am a fitness freak some may say, I enjoy doing workouts and training and looking after myself. I am all about healthy eating and good nutrition and also feel this is important for children's learning and development.
I have been teaching in Early Childhood Education for over 15 years. I have 2 children of my own.
My passion is working with infants aged 3 months- 2years of age. I love these precious first years of a child's life and watching them develop their first milestones. I believe each individual child has their own urges and interests that I believe is important to support throughout their wonderful early years. Supporting children from such a young age is my favourite part about teaching as you get to see them grow from the beginning and build those important relationships with the children.
